THE PROCESS

  1. REQUIREMENTS PROFILEAfter the staff recruitment contract has been signed, our German-speaking recruiters draw up an exact requirements profile, in collaboration with you, for the software developer you're seeking.
  2. SEARCH
    Next we start to search for exactly matching candidates. As a rule, we can present the first candidates to you after about two weeks. These will already have undergone several interviews and tests so, thanks to this preselection process, sourcepilots can guarantee candidates of a high quality and, therefore, less time expenditure for you as a customer.
  3. SELECTION
    Next we send you a selection of suitable candidates, with whom you can carry out interviews directly. These can take place via Skype, telephone or on-site. If the candidate needs a visa we can help here too.
  4. RELOCATION
    As soon as you've decided on one or several candidates and are in agreement with them, the relocation process begins. Besides the accommodation search and household removal, in which we're supported by partner organisations, this also includes application for work permission. Here there are a number of important points to watch out for – but it goes without saying that we'll support you here too through our German-speaking visa department.
